JZ+ Terms of Service

1. About JZ+

JZ+ is a community discovery and promotion platform. It allows users to discover communities, earn coins through eligible activities, and use coins to promote communities they control or have permission to promote.

Features may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features.

JZ+ does not guarantee a specific number of members, joins, views, engagement, or member retention for any promotion.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by the services you use with JZ+.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your account secure.

You must not:

• Create accounts using false information.
• Create multiple accounts to gain extra rewards or bypass restrictions.
• Share your account with another person.
• Access another person's account.
• Use stolen, compromised, or unauthorized accounts.
• Use automation to manipulate JZ+ unless a feature explicitly permits it.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Discord

JZ+ may use Discord OAuth and the Discord API for account connection and community-related features.

JZ+ does not ask for or store your Discord password.

Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own Terms and policies. JZ+ is independent from Discord and is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord Inc.

4. Communities

You must have permission to submit a community for promotion.

Communities submitted to JZ+ must comply with applicable law, Discord's rules, and JZ+ rules.

We may reject, pause, remove, or stop promoting a community for reasons including:

• Illegal activity or content.
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
• Malware or harmful software.
• Harassment or abusive behavior.
• Manipulation using fake accounts or bots.
• Attempts to exploit JZ+.
• Content or activity that creates a significant security or legal risk.

A community appearing on JZ+ does not mean JZ+ owns, controls, verifies, endorses, or guarantees that community.

JZ+ is not responsible for the actions, content, moderation, or safety of third-party communities.

5. Community Promotion

Promotion results depend on user activity and other factors outside our control.

A promotion may receive fewer members than expected, members may leave, and members may not participate in the community.

We do not guarantee that a promotion will reach a specific target.

We may stop or modify a promotion if it violates these Terms, becomes unsafe, becomes unavailable, or is affected by technical or third-party issues.

6. Coins

Coins are digital credits used within JZ+.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise:

• Coins have no cash value.
• Coins cannot be exchanged for money.
• Coins are not a cryptocurrency.
• Coins do not represent ownership in JZ+.
• Coins cannot be transferred outside JZ+.

Coins may be earned through eligible activities, promotions, referrals, bonuses, or other features.

We may change earning rates, costs, rewards, limits, or other coin-related mechanics.

Coins obtained through fraud, abuse, exploits, chargebacks, or other prohibited activity may be removed.

If an account is permanently terminated because of a violation, unused coins may be forfeited.

7. Earning Coins

JZ+ may allow users to earn coins by completing activities such as joining eligible communities and remaining in them for a required period.

If a reward requires a user to remain in a community for a specific period, leaving early may make the user ineligible for the reward.

Attempting to repeatedly join and leave communities, use alternate accounts, manipulate referrals, or otherwise exploit the reward system is prohibited.

We may reverse rewards that were granted incorrectly or obtained through abuse.

8. Referrals and Bonuses

JZ+ may provide referral, sign-up, daily, promotional, or other bonuses.

We may limit these rewards per person, account, device, or other criteria where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.

You must not create or control accounts solely to generate referral or bonus rewards.

9. Payments

Some JZ+ features may require payment.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. JZ+ does not need to store your full payment card number.

Prices are shown before a purchase is completed.

Digital purchases may be subject to applicable consumer and refund laws. Where a refund is legally required, we will comply with the applicable law.

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized purchases, chargebacks, or payment abuse may result in the removal of related credits and account restrictions.

10. Premium and Subscriptions

If JZ+ offers Premium or other paid subscriptions, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation information will be shown before purchase.

Subscription features may change over time.

If recurring billing is used, you can cancel according to the cancellation method provided by JZ+ or the payment provider.

11. Fair Use and Abuse

You must use JZ+ honestly.

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, macros, or automation to fake activity.
• Create alternate accounts to obtain extra rewards.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Manipulate joins, referrals, coins, promotions, or statistics.
• Attempt to bypass bans, limits, verification, or security systems.
• Attack, overload, scrape, or interfere with JZ+.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Use stolen credentials or payment methods.

We may investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.

12. User Content

You may submit information such as community names, descriptions, logos, invite links, images, and other content.

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights or permission to use it.

By submitting content, you give JZ+ a non-exclusive permission to store, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, and promote the JZ+ service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or safety concerns.

13. Intellectual Property

The JZ+ name, branding, website, software, logos, designs, and original content belong to JZ+ or are used with permission.

You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit JZ+ materials without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Third-Party Services

JZ+ may depend on third-party services, including Discord, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, databases, security services, and other infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

JZ+ is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party services.

15. Service Availability

We try to keep JZ+ available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using JZ+ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, engage in fraud, threaten platform security, or use JZ+ for illegal purposes.

We may also restrict individual features without terminating the entire account.

If your account is terminated for a violation, unused coins or other platform benefits may be forfeited where permitted by law.

17. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your JZ+ account through the available account settings or by contacting us.

Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deleting an account may permanently remove coins, promotions, referrals, and other account-related information.

18. Disclaimers

JZ+ is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of members or joins.
• That members will remain in a community.
• A specific level of engagement.
• That every submitted community will be accepted.
• That the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• That third-party communities or services will be safe, available, or reliable.

19. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JZ+ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when JZ+ changes, when our policies change, or when required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

The latest version will be published on the JZ+ website.

Continuing to use JZ+ after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Privacy

Your use of JZ+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we process it, how long we retain it, and your privacy rights.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Romanian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection and other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts under applicable law.
